As if I didn't have enough equipment to take around with me, I decided to take a 45mm Tilt shift lens along for the ride. I foremost wanted to show the scale of the landscape in Lesotho compared with the bikes. I think the TS lens helped do the job. Check out some more images at my Roof of Africa gallery . ...

Riders were woken up to rain and wind this morning which would add to the difficulty of the stage. Sauser and Knox broke at the very scenic Romanskraal farm and stayed away to the finnish to win the stage. Knox also won the king of the mountains Hot Spot. Evans and George had some mechanicals, but rode hard and made up for lost time to come in third. ...
